I had ordered a barrel from MatchGradeMachine, a 6.5x55 swede, 25", 1 in 8 twist .......... knowing i wanted to shoot 140 gr bullets. Well, I was tempted by the sleek look of the 129gr Hornady SST's and bought those to try first, with RL22. Best group was around 2 1/2" at 100yds. SO, I then bought a box of Hornady 140gr flat base Interlock's, one of my favorite hunting bullets. They shot a little better..........2" groups with various loads. Still not very happy. But TODAY, I loaded several different loads with IMR4350 and the 140gr Interlocks and am pleased to say I shot from a .75" to a 1.25" group with 4 differen gr variations!
If anyone wants about 85 Hornady 129gr SST's in 6.5MM just let me know.............you can have them. Also, if anyone wants some RL22.....I need to buy a lb of the 4350. If ya have some 140gr bulleets you want to trade that would be good too. But, If you just want to bullets for free, let me know. Joe

I use 37.0 gr of 4350. 140 gr hornandy's. Shoot's under a inch consistently, when the gun is clean. Get a few rounds in it and groups open up.
I'd try the 129's but dont want to mess with a good thing. I'm sure someone will take ya up on the offer.

I could use the RL-22, but you're a good distance away from Clearfield Co!
