Thanks guys for all the congrats!! Still pumped today! I was comtemplating a european mount due to having a hog and a fallow at the taxidermist right now. The wife ( the BEST wife I could ever have
) said NO WAY (to the european mount that is) and we are waiting now to drop it off for traditional head mount.

TGriz: I was still amazed at how well I brought it in the sights even at that distance and running.

Where did I shoot it?? Well......I can only say Plum Boro. Anyone from here knows thats a big area so it's not givin too much away!!

OMG Way to go PK. Nice hat by the way, my dad was right about a blind hog and the acorn. All joking aside congrats on a mature buck with a flinter. Next time you are on tour if you can, the beer is on me. Good job.......

Congratulations on a great buck outright. That's quite an accomplishment. Now when you see some of these TV hunting goofs hyperventilating over their hard earned trophies you can sit back and laugh out loud. You have to have that buck mounted and hang that fine rifle right underneath it.

I have to add, "You've come far Pilgrim. Were it worth the trouble?"
