He tosses shell corn to the turkey, and hand feeds the deer. But there is always corn on the ground so by any definition I see a warden saying it's baiting. And they don't define any distances and I don't really like leaving things up to someone elses opinion.If it were me , I would hunt my side of the property line, with no regards what he does on his side what so ever. He is feeding the deer not baiting them as I see it....It seems he is not dumping a pile of corn for them to come into....
Hense my point.There is no set distance, if there is evidence that the deer are moving past where you are on stand in gun range on their way from or to the bait you are taking advantage of a baited area.If so, how far from the feed do you have to stay before it becomes a crime?
