Favorite Opening Days?

ive got so I like trout fishing way to much so that is the one I like the most, as for the rifle opener ive got so I like other openers more than it but its still high on my list.

football is the only sport I watch and I have never cared for baseball.

Traditon. But, unlike when we vote for President, we get two choices that we can feel good about voting for, instead of the none we usually get.

I don't lose sleep over any opener but rifle deer season.

You don't need an opener to trout fish! Special regs are open all year round. I usually have at least a 100 under my belt by first day. Rifle and archery get my blood pumpin!

These are easy for me. I hate the trout opener. And being from Pittsburgh area, we only have minor league baseball so who cares about it...

I love the opening day of rifle season but it isn't quite the same since I lost my Dad. Trout season though. My friends and I sittin by the creek at 6:00 AM just waiting with excitement. We finish up by lunch time and we are grilling brats and burgers in the parking area for lunch!

The opening day of Pirates baseball, the best way to describe that is bittersweet. That day might be great and full of hope but you know what's coming. You know that the train wreck is only a day away. So I voted for NFL, at least the Steelers (typically) give legitimate hope.

As a kid camping out the night before trout was a blast!
