Hi all. New to the forum here. What are some of your favorite mouth calls, and do you prefer them over electronic? I have both, but seem to have had better luck with mouth calls.

Do not limit yourself to one or the other. Mix it up and use both. Some of the time I use a combination of mouth and electric during my stands. Open reed calls for me when using mouth call.

 

[The reaper]

I also use a mixture of both, but I like the fact with the mouth calls that you can change the pitch just by moving your mouth a bit. I'm also a fan of the open reed calls just for the fact that you can change the pitch so easily.

 

[Little Big Man]

Sceery AP-6 is a good mouth call. Red fox can't resist it. Also my go to call for my cow elk mew.
