What's your favorite weight bullet for your Aught Six?

180 for me. I've always had outstanding luck with that combo so why change.

I've used most of the weights I listed but I prefer the 150.

I chose 165's but back before I could afford more than 1 rifle I was loading 110 gr for varmints and it was lethal

I have loaded 165's for years and many deer have fallen to thm from Rem. and Hornady. Have some Ballistic Tips loaded up and may use them if the .06 goes with me.

165 or 180. Depends on load and bullet type I reload.

I'd probably say the 150 grain, being that I've shot more deer with that weight than any other. However, I've been liking the 168 and 180 grain ballistic tips lately. Devastating without coming apart.

I use 165 hornady's in both my 300 H&H mag and my 06. both guns shoot that bullet well and does the job on deer.

180 hands down in any 30 caliber that can push it 2600 fps or more, but that's just me.

I've killed deer with that bullet in an 06. You're gonna like it when you kill one.

I do 165's in the 30-06, 180's in the 30 mags I shoot.

150 gr. hornady's over 56.5 grains of 4350. Killed my first Pa black bear at about 320 yards with that load and several deer also
