Yes, that isn't normal. There should be a hole. It could be that the camo dipping process has covered the hole. Take a small sharp object like a pin and see if you can push it through. (many times you can) If that doesn't work Parker would probably issue a replacement. Thier customer service is top notch.

Thanks for the tip pin didnt work must of just forgot to drill the hole on mine, I'll give customer service a call tommrow
