Energy Invitational Turkey Hunt
Anyone know anything about this? I think the NWTF is a great organization, but tournaments like this can hurt the sport more than help it. If teams pay a sizeable entry fee you can bet there are going to be some that will do anything to kill a gobbler.

But in all seriousness I know from doing predator tournaments that money always brings out the worst in people...
I didn't know this was a tournament. Where can we read about it?

Oh my I know that I would love to team up with any one of a a handful of turkey killers that post here. Some of the guys on thi forum know how to get it done.

you can read about it on Facebook. $1500 per each 4 man team. Just completed last weekend. Think of it as a charity golf tournament but you shoot a turkey instead of a golf score.
I took part. 100+ hunters only 25 birds entered. The best was brought out and not the worst. Great event to help the local economy and NWTF.
