That looks like the one a buddy and I bought several years ago. Works real well. That push tube is hollow plastic though and we kinked/bent ours making slim jim's with it so had to have a wooden one made for it. I won't ever try and make anything as small as slim jim's again with it (it took forever) but for grinding meat and stuffing bologna it works just fine. I want to say we got ours from northern tools for around $100.00.
