4 cups rice cooked,1/2 pound boneless chicken, 1 cup peas and carots, 2 cloves garlic minced, small white onion diced, 2 large eggs,2 tablespoons sesame oil,1/4 cup soy sauce. Directions : Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Fry chicken until no longer pink inside and set as ide.Heat sesame oil in a 10 inch skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender. Crack in eggs and scramble. Add rice and chicken already cooked. Add soy sauce and stir well. Remove from heat amd serve . Serves 4
