I have some black turkey feathers that I want to dye a color other then black. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to whiten then to take a lighter dye? Was thinking a bleech water solution but wanted to see if yall knew the correct way.

i would try hydrogen peroxide and heat
dont mix it with bleach thats a recipe for death
