I have done it a couple times and the only thing you MUST adhere to is strict and diligent CLEANLINESS of your hands and the materials used and thorough metal prep or it won't stick right and will look like any other rattle can paint job. I even thoroughly cleaned out the oven prior to setting it up for the bake period to keep any grease or debris from getting on the parts and ruining the finish. It is easy...but only if you DO IT RIGHT. If you don't, it can be frustrating to say the least...

Open the windows. LOL Honestly it will have a chemical oder to it but I just stuck a fan in a window and also turned on the range hood. Helped a ton.
