At this point in time the insurance is the major hold back. I just can't make the numbers work without charging an arm and a leg or limiting the usage of the grounds. You'd be amazed how much cheaper it is without real fire arms. I digress.

I was at Powder Bourne guiding a hunt last week and Rich has a sign up for dog training grounds. The deal is $25 an hour. He has birds (pigeons($4), pheasants and access to chukars). The best part is you can use it 7 days a week.

Kill rate is about the same too!
