& the brackish water off philidelpha receves many strange
marine visitors that make the 6 oclock news out of philidelpha seals are somewhat common "dont know if there hooded " & there have even been balouga whales lost in the tidal waters of the deleware river so i gotta say i have seen wild seals in Pa.
