This was a question from another thread but I'm bringing it up as its own. I have a lot of yellow birch that are prime size for hinging or pulling and tying down. From a browse standpoint (not cover) is it better to cut these and get rid of them, or hinge them?

Just did some research and answered my own question. Michigan DNR lists it as a preferred browse.
