Anyone have any plans or directions on how to build your own jerky smoke house using and old fridge or any other disgarded appliances??? Don't want to put out the $$$ for something I can make myself. Thanks and I look forward to the input.

conyeager spice company used to have direction up on their webpage on how to make one. you're best way to do it to find an old commercial bread oven/warmer they are stainless and look like a stand up fridge. then you can purchase the part to convert it that's what we did. if memory serve me correctly which it normally does not we bought our stuff from. thesausagemaker.com
