Use a non pressure wash to clean the house. Less water and less solution needed.
Works on the method that it's not water pressure that does the cleaning, but just time to work its affect. Since its my own property I can spray it once, wait, and get any hard places a couple of hours later.
Use a hose and an "ortho sprayer" filled with clorox and some liquid dish soap. The soap sticks it to the house so the clorox does its magic.

Of course, most are sold on the necessity of using "POWER WASHES." Ha,to me, that only means a lot more money.
