gonna try something different tonight. went to the farm market for some peppers but they didn't have any good jalapenos they were all small so we are gonna try some polablo peppers. not sure i spelled that right. they are supposed to be good so we'll see. i did find an awesome rack of ribs but we'll worry about them tommorrow.

How did the poblanos taste compared to jalapenos?

i didn't notice any real difference to be honest the polabalos were much easier to clean so i'll be doing these often. i gotta find some seeds to grow for the garden
