Didja ever wonder who THE FIRST brave souls were to discover edible "stuff". The first dude to stick a tap into a tree, drain it of it's fluid, boil it and eat it ? The first dude to look at a Lobster, or a Crab and say, "Why those look delicious, I think I'll eat one" ? Or the first cat to come across a Morel Mushroom in the woods and think "Boy, that looks yummy" ? Not sure I would have ever been brave enough to pose as the Guinea Pig.

Back then it was eat or die. Sometimes it was eat AND die if the food was "edible".

Being the guinea pig wasn't a choice you could choose to make.

So how did coffee come to be? That one's always baffled me. Find these berries, pick them, dry or ferment them, peel them, roast them, grind them and brew them in hot water.

You've heard, "When life deals you Lemon's, make Lemonade"........ Well, "When birds eat your Coffee Beans, make Coffee".
