Hey everyone, I stopped by my local sporting goods store today and in the used handgun case they had a brand new/used g2 contender pistol in .223.

The gun is stainless with synthetic grips, and either a "12 or "14 bull barrel. The gun was a trade in, New in the box unfired. The asking price was $400. I went ahead and grabbed it up as an impulse buy. If had a few of these guns over the years and loved them all. I have a brand new unfired contender from the mid 90s chambered in 7-30, but have been really wanting a stainless model in a varmint caliber to go with it. What do you guys think? Was it a good deal? These guns seem to be scarce the last couple of years in my area, so that swayed the impulse buy a little!
