DEP may as well just say "we are sampling the Susquehanna to prove gas drilling is NOT having a negitive effect on the river. Anyone like to wager on the chances they find drilling impacts?

We had this problem long before the gas industry moved into high gear. This is not about the frackers. Waugh!
