The past few evenings, ive had deer out back coming out to the clover. I looked out a few times last night and could see the sillouettes of deer grazing through the plot. They didnt stay too long but seem to be making a couple stops a night. I guess the browse in the woods is getting mature and woody. Is this normal for them to just start using the clover now?

Also, it is quite apparent that they dont know what soy beans are because they hopped my sorry excuse for a deer barrier and walked through the beans without a bite. The older doe put her head down but im not sure if she took a bite or not.

We're seeing more and I think it's due to the fawns getting old/big enough to move. The does completely disappeared from mid-may through memorial day.
