I would like to know if it is legal to have a friend of mine sit with me on stand during the deer gun season. He will not be licensed nor carry a weapon.
He is from Ohio and I want to invite him to come to our camp for the week. If legal, I would like him to sit with me for several days. He would only act as an observer. Is this legal or does he have to have a license to be in the woods with me?
