CVA Kodiak with a nickel barrel

I've got an opportunity to pick up a NIB .50cal CVA Kodiak with a nickel barrel and a black stock for $125. This would be a starter muzzlelader for my son. I've only owned TC's so I know this isn't a TC. But what do you guys think? I've got all the other misc. stuff so I don't need anything else. Anyone have any experience with this gun? Thanks

My first 2 inlines were cva's....Firebolt & Optima Pro. both shot well & had good service from them. Sounds like a great price for sure!!
I have a cva wolf and love it! Cva guns are good for the price! Grab it up before you regret it!
grab it for sure. I have a CVA hunterbolt and it shoots great for the money.
I did purchase the Kodiak. I found out the rear sight was damaged, that's why the gun was so cheap. I'm going to put a scope on it anyway so that was a good deal for my son. Thanks for the input.
Best of luck PSA!
