i am new to coyote hunting and my buddy shot his first does anyone know of any good scrapple recipes we are making the good meat into sausage and want to know what to do with the less than desireable meat thank you

I am dry heaving just reading these posts.
I shot a yote once and just the smell of the bugger [email protected]^$#? I donated the meat to the taxidermist for the beautiful pelt he tanned for me! He was very appreciative.
