Just head about this, interesting ruling going against what the Supreme Court ruled but in my opinion good for the citizens of this state to know what's going on, any Heath issues, etc, etc, etc via fracking......opinions?

Your link doesn't work, however, how can a state court rule against the Supreme Court?

I agree with what the court did, however I don't believe the court went against what the SCOUS said regarding corporations. That ruling was for freedom of speech by the corporations as to giving money to finance political campaigns. They are two entirely different issues.

I agree but this could help set up another challenge in the future...... if the supreme court dropped the ball at all in the last 30 plus years it was with that, it tainted politics more than they already were......

Straws just slow me down when I'm cracking beers..... as for the citizens united case, the court needs to relook at that one..... I trust corporations as much as I trust a fox in the hen house, when a corporations can serve in the military, vote or die for their country...they can be people...... I think those chucks need to meet my new .223
