Coop/Shed combo?

Has anyone built one of these? I see a lot of examples floating around the internet but not many plans that show the interior or details of what should be considered in the planning. We need a place to store gardening tools and outdoor items during the winter, maybe a little space for potting up and then a chicken roost and run for 4-8 chickens. No concrete pad, just a wood frame base. We have a small urban back garden, so none of it will be real big but there is room enough for all of that. Bonus if it has a shelter for the wood pile. Has anyone built anything like this?
