Check with Non-Typical Outfitters in WY. Goggle to get web site. I am in the photo gallery for Mule deer. He will put together any type of hunt you want. If you are looking to do it on a budget however....this may not be the one you want.

I booked thru cabelas, they sent me on a hunt to Wy with an outfitter called 5 star. Excellent place, excellent price, lots of animals. You'll get your lope first-if you can shot you'll tag in a day or two. then go for your mulie. Beautiful country all around great experience

I've hunted with Rafter B outfitters. Two hunts one for mule deer and the next year for antelope, but they do a combined hunt. excelent. I did notice that their web site has been hijacked by an animal rights group, you shoould call for info.

I was extremely satisfied with SNS outfitters. they hunt both wyoming and montana. Keep in mind, Montana mule deer license is around $1100. I did hunt #2 this past fall and got nice muley and anteloppe, as did my friend. If people could shoot, hunt would have been 100% success. One guy missed two antelope and a muley. He shot his muley the 2nd to last day, and when we left on last day, he was the only guy left hunting, trying to kill an antelope. Don't know if he got it or not. 8/8 mule deer buck, and 11/12 antelope last i heard...

I've hunted with Craig Hueter (Trophies West Outfitting) in Eastern MT 3 times. His hunts are a little more expensive than some, but he hunts all private ranches that he leases the hunting rights to.
Combo hunts can be tricky in some areas. Both WY and MT have preference points for antelope. MT does have guaranteed outfitter tags for deer, but as PG said, they are expensive. In some of the good pronghorn areas, it might take you 3 or 4 years to draw a tag. In a couple of the best WY pronghorn areas, it could take many years to draw a top notch tag.

Hunted South east montana with Powder River outfitters.
You need to buy an outfitter Tag which is pricy. We flew into Gillette Wy. and drove to Broadus. This drive was excellent saw golden and bald eagles and many Mulies and 'lope. No downside here. I learned how to call mule deer and how to crawl on cactus. Tip = If you see a badger and your not stalking game; shoot it.
