Still lots of forage in my small plots.

The deer seem to be ignoring the brassicas right now and are just hammering the winter wheat.

My brassicas have been long gone... Along with pretty much everything else. Still way TOO many deer in our neck of PA.

Yes my brassicas has been eliminated, no red clover as well. There is some winter wheat left, they are eating it daily though. Was a great mix and I will be planting again.

Some of the greens are being eaten in my brassicus plots, but not getting hit nearly as hard as the past few yrs. Can't attribute it to mast cause there is none, I believe it is a combo of a bunch of recent cuts and deer numbers closer to where they need to be.

Once the cold weather they are calling for arrives next week, the deer should start hitting those brassicas hard. Most years the deer seemed to hit the brassicas right around the first week or so of rifle season. This year they destroyed them in mid bow season.
