I would probably take it to a laundromat that has commercial machines and put vinegar in the load and let air dry. If that did not work, I'd try a little bleach but only in a large load commercial washer. Good luck.
I have always used dish liquid and suds it up ,using a soft brush . Hose it out ,then let the breeze dry the material . Good job on a sunny spring day !
