marinade in italian dressing and grill till done. just watch you do not over cook them. they can get tuff quick.

I like to cut the breasts into strips. Break open an egg and stir it up,dip the strips of meat in the egg and roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Then fry in oil till golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

You can make Chukars like you would make any chicken or pheasant recipe. The only limit is your imagination.
