Hey guys, just curious what public land should I focus my efforts on for Turkey? Stone Valley, Rothrock, Bald Eagle, Raystown Lake, Black Moshannon? I've been scouting for the past 3 weeks and haven't had much luck. I did find one spot however, there were also 4 other guys in the area scouting as well so it's not looking good. My plan is to try and hike in far away from everyone else and try and get to some secluded areas. For those of you who hunt or have hunted these areas, how did you do and what park do you recommend I check out. Have you heard many gobbles yet? I've heard 3 total in my scouting this year. Any help is appreciated guys, thanks

Should also mention that I will only be hunting the first week or so. I'm in the area for school and have plenty of birds to hunt when I get home. For anyone who is interested in swapping a hunt, I can put you on some private land birds back home (outside Hazleton, PA) if you could hook me up in the central PA area. PM me if interested.
