Either use FFFg or make it.Put powder in a film canister with a lead round ball and shake till you get the desired size.

I was at Dunklebergers today, along with a nice selection of used flintlocks, they have ffff in stock. My offer still stands to give you some though, a small pill bottle will last you until next year!

Go with 3 F in the pan---you wont need to spend the extra money and it will not cake up in humidity like the 4F. JMHO

You can simply sift 3F down through cheese cloth or old pantyhose, or take 3F and put a bit in paper fold paper and simply crush with handle end of screwdriver, all of these create nice fine 4F and ignite quickly.

Thanks for the offer,, I called Dunklebergers this afternoon and made the trip up there and got a can of ffff powder.

Thanks for all the great tips. I'm guessing this can is going to last me a long long time. I'm going to hit the range tomorrow and maybe even get out with this flint and try to take a deer with it.
Thanks again..
