I would like to can some geen beans, asparagus, and maybe some peppers. I had the green beans once and the brine was alot like pickle juice. Thats the taste Im going for. Can anyone help me out with a brine recipe? And tell me what equipment I would need besides the jars and lids?

for pickles and veggies - high acid foods, you can hot water bath can them...very little needed in the realm of special equipment needed. recipes? Google is your buddy.
