Thanks Guys! I just talked to My Dad and he said he thinks its a Catbird. Any chance it could be that?

Looks like a cowbird, not a catbird. Catbirds are gray and have a tuft of rust/red feather under their tails. Beak is also different. Nice pics though.

I have one a PA bird guid but it not in there. Thanks Moss for the link!

I did some research I think you guys are right it a Brown-Headed Cowbird.

Cowbird.They don't make a nest.The female lays her egg in another birds nest.When it hatches,it kicks till all other eggs/chicks are booted out.It then gets ALL the food.
