I bought a single shower stall and use a coleman instant water heater. zodi also makes a hot water system
I just installed the shower stall this weekend. I'll use a zodi to pump and heat the water from a bucket. Not a 4 star hotel, but it's better then having snow fall on you while you shower.
Our shower used to be a 50gal plastic barrel on the 2nd floor and a shower head on the 1st. We would collect our water from the spring, heat it up to the desired temp and dump the water into the barrel, go downstairs and turn on the shower head and there you go. This worked until our camp burnt down and now we only have a 1 story, if you want to shower now you take a portal rain shower bag with you.
We pumped water from the creek to a 50 gal plastic barrel, had a small elect water heater and a demand pump from a camper, worked like a charm....
A bit more primitive than what you are looking for, but some re enactors use a pump up garden sprayer filled with warm water. Put a longer hose to the wand and wash away.
We used a 5 gal bucket with a shower head attached to the bottom...Heated water on the wood stove and the gas stove....The shower/tub was installed with drainage...The well came later as the money was availible...

Those hot showers felt so good after a long day afield...

A hot meal,a hot shower, a warm camp & sleep came so easy...
We use an RV battery powered pump with a on/off switch. PVC pipe to regular showerhead and flexible pipe to cooler that can hold about 15 gallons (used to use a bucket but would always run out of water before a quick shower) we heat water on the woodstove and mix in the cooler to whatever temp you want. Not the best setup but man its nice to have a hot shower on a long camp week.

My cousin uses one at his camp. the sprayer bottle is stainless and he has it attached to a shower head on a metal stand. packs it away in the shed when finished.

we heated water on top of the coal stove.

dumped it into an igloo cooler

drop the sump pump in the cooler

hose connects from sump pump to shower head, instant shower!
We added about 4ft to our outhouse, added a shelf and use a bucket with a water valve on the bottom and heat the water on the stove. Its not much but a hot shower feels great after hunting all day!
I just heat water on the stove, pour into a bucket and use a zodi battery powered shower.
zodi shower
I have a tankless hotwater heater that works off of propane and a shower tent. It's hooked to a sump pump in the spring. Endless hot water for all the guys in camp.
