3x9x40MM :I ask how are they I would like to order a set but I wonder if when installed can you still you the focus ring on the scope or not?

I have them on my Trophy XLT on a Springfield .30-06 with high Weaver rings and I can't rotate the focus ring all the way. The hinge on the flip cap hits the barrel.
