I have a BTC, and for some reason, I get to the set up screen, and now only 1/2 of it is lit up. I press the Menu button to try and set the functions, and nothing happens. I cannot get it to go beyond this screen, and therefore, it won't work to take any pictures either. Any suggestions? I have tried removing batteries, and pushing all different buttons, but nothing happens. Bushnell Customer Service was not helpful.. They suggested buying a new one..

Maybe you have tried this already: did the brand and card you are trying to use, work in that camera before? The reason I ask, I have several older model Bushnell Trophy cameras (6) all of the same year. One brand of SD card had worked flawlessly. All at once this brand would not work in the Bushnell any more. These cameras were limited to a 2GB SD card. Swapping to a different brand, no more problems until one, I could not change the clock (time and date setting) but all the other settings work. These cameras are still in use. Good luck.
