I'll look it up and send you the information when I get home. I have a little paper filed away with contact information for them. I bought mine at the Sportsman's Show years ago and wouldn't be in the turkey woods without it.

Hally Callers used to sell them years ago. I still have mine, but have since tried to find them with no luck.
