It is clearly a bobcat. Bobbed tail and spots on the inside of the legs, the far ear looks like it has a white spot with black edging. If you enlarge the pic you can see the spot on the ear and some more spotting on the side.

I see the previously extinct eastern mountain lion is alive and well. Tail musta gotten stuck in a local air conditioning unit. A simba decendent perhaps.
