Can I put a blind around my shooting rest on my ladderstand or does it have to conceal me totally.
I saw several people using ground blinds this year, with no orange visible, is that legal or do you have to have orange visible around the blind.

Depends on what their shooting... crows, and preds, no orange... deer hunting no orange (well at times)

from page 30 of the digest, even if I was wearing the required orange I would post it outside also.

Blinds:
Blinds can be used for big game (see turkey section for specifics for
blinds while turkey hunting), however, the required amount of fluorescent
orange must be worn while in the blind, or a minimum of 100 square inches
of fluorescent orange material (orange alert band will suffice) must be displayed
within 15 feet of the blind and visible in a 360-degree arc.
