Yotekillerbill, the photo of a blended dirt hole looks fantastic and obviously works for you but I have a question. Aren't you concerned that the leaves will hinder trap performance? I always hesitate to use whole leaves like that because they lube the jaws. Thanks

If your yote trapping you should have #3 traps minimum, and set a the proper tension.Doesnt matter how many leaves you have over trap if you have his foot buried in the trap like it should.Run your pans at 2-3lbs and nightlatch.Bill helped me a lot with yote trapping years ago,and it works!!

That is a good point about the bigger traps. I run Bridger 1.75 because I primarily set for fox, so I have to be careful with what I cover with sometimes. If the coyotes ever really dominate here I'll have to invest in some bigger traps. Thanks
