I have an area behind my home that is approx 20yds x 50yds and I would like to make a few rows of some type of bush or shrub, that would attract birds and also add some color.
Any ideas of what I should consider? Thanks
Arrowwood Vibrunum,Nannyberry Viburnum, most of the dogwoods. These are all good choices for wildlife and some color. You can plant these from bareroot seedlings or cuttings if you can find them. Most nursery's sell these in seedlings. Ersnt seed in NW PA sells cuttings but I'm not sure what they have left.
