Driving up I-495 in Delaware yesterday, I saw a lot of bird play out in the DE River. There were a couple small boats out among the birds. Could that be stripers pushing up bait this early in the season?

I saw birds working today on 495 in Delaware.
Not a lot about10-15,but definitely agreesively picking up left overs

I am sure they are smaller strippers. They have picked up some in the upper bay already for the few boats out already with these winds.
