Coopers, possibly a sharp shinned, but it looks too big to be a sharpie. I vote coopers.

Thanks Guys.
My bird friend got these pics and gave me a short time to ID the bird before he sent me his answer. I wasn't quick enough with a response.
So here's his answer to the bird ID.

"The bird in the photo is a Northern Goshawk.....I've only ever seen a few of these. The one pictured is an imm. bird."

Very close to a coopers, due to the tail feathers, but it appears to be exactly as your fried ID'd it, Juvie Northern Goshawk.. Cool capture
