1 pound ground beef / venison,1 pound bacon chopped ,1 medium onion chopped ( about 1 cup ), 1/2 cup catchup, 1/2 cup botled barbecue sauce ,1 teaspoon salt,1/4 cup spicy brown mustard, 1/4 cup molasses , teaspoon chili powder ,1 teaspon black pepper, 2 ( 16 ounce ) cans red kidney beans (drained ), 2 cans (16 ounces ) pork and beans ( undrained ) . Directions : In an proof roaster , cook the beef / venison , bacon and onion over moderate heat . Stirring occassionally to break up beef to get rid of any lumps and beef / venison isn`t pink. Transfer to a seive / collinder to drain well. Transfer back to roaster and add the remaining ingredients .Stir the mixture until well combined. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Serves 18 to 20
