I am considering a new drop in barrel for a Savage 12. I will need a barrel vise. Any suggestions for vise that is economical yet effective?

Midwayusa has their own that I have used for years. Make sure to get rosin

I made an action vise rather than use a barrel vise. Works great and didn't cost me anything other than a little time.

I use a big vice and make a barrel clamp out of wood cut to fit the barrel. A like superd said....don't forget the rosin.
