Got a loin out for the weekend feast.
1 whole loin cut in half and rolled in a special dry rub and then wrapped in bacon.
Put on the smoker untill temp. was 145deg. Yummy!

Awesome. Chip that baby paper thin and you got yourself a sandwich fit for a king. Or, slice it think and add a baked tater...either way it's good eats.

mmmmmmm mmmmmm good. I stuff mine with onions and BBQ sauce and then wrap with bacon. now I'm gonna have to go pull one out of the freezer for this week.
