Had a good friend over for dinner and I have been wanting to try a simple marinade I saw on Just Cook This with Sam the Cooking Guy a couple months ago.

The challenge is that pork tenderloin chops tend to dry out when grilled...this marinade cures this and adds TONS of flavor.

1 bottle dark beer - I used Railbender Ale - Honeybrown works well too. Just a dark ale or porter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2" piece of ginger shredded.

Mix well, and put in gallon ziplock with THICK sliced chops. My chops were 3/4" - 1" thick

Marinade overnight and grill on HIGH heat, flipping twice to get crossed grill marks. total grilling time was about 11 minutes, NO MORE.
Serve immediately. DO not allow to rest, the pork should be cooked thru already. My probe showed 158-162 when I pulled them off the grill. By the time we actually put knives to the pork they were a steady 165 throughout and VERY juicy. The flavor is outta this world.
