I shot 3 fingers under off the shelf. So if I wanted to try a flipper rest on my Bear Kodiak would I need to change the knocking point? I am thinking the answer is YES, but I am lookng for some guidance on this.

Yepper...For 3 under, I usually set the nock about 3/4 above the contact point of the arrow on the shelf. Sometimes some fine adjustment is needed, but for most of my customers, its pretty close.

Thanks Bob. Good info. I think I am going to give this a go just to see how it works and if it makes a posative change in my shooting.
